This is dinner tonight. A good, old fashioned tuna casserole.
- 2 6 oz cans tuna, drained
- 4 oz mushrooms, diced
- 1 egg
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups milk or half-and-half
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 2 tsp garlic powder

Sounds yummy!
My mom used to make a tuna-cashew casserole with chow mein noodles in it. I love cashews. My youngest sister didn’t like nuts of any kind, so I would dish up her share and make sure there were plenty of cashews in it. Of course, she always let me have her cashews!
