As you may or may not know I am 47. Yes age is just a number but when you hear that your favorite music, movie, TV show or something like that was released or opened 20, 30 or 40 years ago it makes your bones and soul hurt a little. Everything gets older, not just human beings.

Yeah I am feeling how people older than me feel in the same way. For example Nirvana’s “Nevermind” CD was released 25 years ago. Star Trek debuted 50 years ago. There are a lot of anniversaries of historic things happening all the time. Time goes on and as we get older and a lot of things are further and further in the past. If I am getting older and seeing these historic milestones come and go.

This song changed music in the 1990’s. It’s hard to believe its 25 years old though.

MTV turned 35 this year too. Talking about feeling your age.
