I think it is great and it does fit you. I took a different tact. I am splitting my Being Lydia blog and forming a new one called Chronically speaking which will have most of my chronic illness stuff in it though there will be cross-overs.

Change your blog name, not your URL. If you change the URL you will lose followers.
