I love my LGBTQ brothers and sisters. My immigrant brothers and sisters. I love my neighbor on the fringes. I love people who are seeking life, liberty and happiness on their own terms. I also love my non-Christian brothers and sisters. I don’t love my country at the moment. Not sorry for that one bit. I still have the right to say that. If you want to unfriended me that’s fine. I thought America was better than this.

Me, too. It’s way beyond disbelief. I can tell you that it hurts just as bad here in France as it is in the United States.
