Local Election Day in #Chattanooga Go Vote! @andyberke

Me with Mayor Andy Berke who is donating blood at Blood Assurance where I work.

Today is local election day in Chattanooga where we will be voting for mayor and city council races. Local elections can have a much greater impact on your day-to-day life. After work I will be going to the polls to vote and I will be supporting and voting for my mayor Andy Berke for re-election. He has done a good job but I think he has more to do in some areas. He is a progressive which matters most to me. So whenever you get to vote locally make a point to do so, because it matters most.

  1. We ignore local elections at our peril.
Too many people pay attention to the big noise that comes out of a Presidential election and ignore the people who are responsible for potholes, schools, and emergency services. All of which have a much more immediate impact on our lives.
