The serenity prayer is a fantastic prayer and very important to me as you know I am in 12 step recovery. I need help not to beat myself up when I make a mistake as my instant reaction is to swear at myself and abuse myself. I am countering that now thanks to the 12 Step work I am doing with my therapist. Happy Christmas and thanks for your support with my blog.
