Sleep

I have taken melatonin and magnesium in hopes to sleep better tonight. My primary care provider doesn’t like to prescribe sleeping pills and I get that. Let’s hope that rest is going to happen. I need it to.

  1. This is pretty crazy and it sometimes helps. I have found those meditation sorts of sets on youtube are restful. I’d have never thought so, but sometimes you gotta do really odd things to get the rest you need.
