    You have exaggerated insomnia too far.
    It is your mind thinking someone is staring at you when you wake up at night.
    First control your mind, remove the negative thoughts and learn to think positively, all the fearful thoughts will vanish.
    Do Yoga and Meditation your mind will be under control all negative thoughts will vanish.
