I’m not the smartest person in the world but I know the value learning and growing as a person. Intelligence and thinking for yourself is something we should never take for granted. In the world we live in we need free thinkers and people willing to be divergent. Intellectuals are needed to keep the world from sinking into a place of ignorance and hatred and even violence.

I wish more value was placed on this than appearance. It’s really strange that so many can be idolised for their appearance rather than these qualities.. Easy to get sucked into though.

We see so many people who don’t want to think just to be told what to do. Too many hate having to think for themselves, including me a little. We are so tribal in this world these days.
