As for me being led by the left, if you mean led by my faith and my friends who are open to new ideas, justice for all and inclusion of all human beings to the opportunities this country should provide them then yes call me a lefty liberal. I wear that badge with much pride.

We Southern liberals are becoming a rarer and rarer breed. I too believe in making sure all of our fellow human beings are treated with equality and respect, not just the ones who only think and vote a certain way. Never be ashamed of what you believe in, and no one should ever have to feel forced to explain their beliefs just because others don’t like what you have to say or think.
