It’s not Derby Day without Derby Day Pie!

The Soup Diva

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup pecans, broken up
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 shallow uncooked pie crusts (thawed)
