Spirit Day 2018 Standing Up For #LGBTQ Youth #spiritday
Spirit Day now occurs every year on the third Thursday in October, during National Bullying Prevention Month, and has become the most visible day of support for LGBTQ youth.
Here’s to those who are standing up and supporting LGBTQ youth.
Friendship
I know people like me but I still have this thing in the back of my head that tells me another story. When you have low self-esteem and depression you have doubt about a lot of things including friendship. There are times when I don’t think I’m all that good as a friend. Seems crazy but this is what goes on in my heart and head. Maybe I need to give myself a little credit and break. But I gotta work through it.
