I’m against the earlier and earlier Christmas season. Goodness. When I was growing up (and today) the tree and Christmas decorations do NOT go up until after Thanksgiving. That is the way it should be.
You know, because I’m in charge. Ha! 🙂
Seriously, though, the reason why this keeps happening is because advertisers/companies want to make as much money as possible — it’s NOT because of the love of Christmas or Christ or anything in between. It’s the almighty dollar. That’s what makes it so sad.
