In the next few hours retailers will be preparing for the onslaught that is Black Friday sales. Be patient and kind with those who will be working their shifts. Retail is a very difficult job because it means dealing with stores of inventory and stores of people. Nothing will be solved with raised voices and insults. Also be safe!
