Thank You Rosa Parks For Your Courage And Being Fearless

By refusing to give up her seat to a white man on a Montgomery, Alabama, city bus in 1955, black seamstress Rosa Parks (1913—2005) helped initiate the civil rights movement in the United States.

You made America great all those years ago. Thank you!

  1. I can not imagine what it must have been like. A woman , who is normally threatened by an angry male, refuses a racist what he thinks he is due from her. Her heart must have been racing. She did have courage. But they had all reached a breaking point. This nation is now reaching another breaking point. I hope there will not be so much violence this time to move forward. Hugs
