Excellent advice. That’s why I spent much of 2018 weaning myself from social media. I dropped Facebook and am restricting what I share on my Blogs. In fact I deleted several Blog Posts and one of my Blogs. Less distractions and more time spent doing actually real time meaningful activities. Due to past problems I learned the hard way what not to share. I’ve become extremely selective.
