If It’s Summer It’s Chili For Dinner

Yes, it’s in the 90’s here in Chattanooga but homemade chili sounds good for dinner tonight. It’s cooking low and slow today.

      1. My daughter and I will sometimes make chili with the veggie crumbles “meat” and it tastes just like meat chili. I love chili no matter what. I don’t rinse my beans though. I like that starchy liquid that they have been soaking in to flavor my chili.
