Happy International Left Handers Day! August 13th #lefthandersday
International Left Handers Day is an international day observed annually on August 13 to celebrate the uniqueness and differences of the left handers.
Today as a left-handed person I am celebrating this great day. To all my fellow left-handed friends out there celebrate your very unique selves and be proud of your superpower!

Anybody you know that’s also left-handed that you should mention?
Hi Tony, please don’t take offense if you come across my blog that I wrote last year. I kind of see it the other way. I never liked being singled out for being left-handed. In school it always made me feel like some kind of freak. I don’t see it as a celebration or a reason to have “A Day”. That’s just my 2cents and I wish I could see it like you do, but I had too many negative experiences with being “different” growing up to embrace my left-handedness.

Me too! My other super power, since you asked, is being able to choose the slowest moving line in any and every situation. 😉

I understand your feelings. Being a lefty has a world of challenges all its own.
