Sometimes the phrase “it is what it is” is kind of an excuse but sometimes its reality. For me life is what it is and until things change its what I have to live with. Life isn’t always happy unicorns and narwhals.

I like the phrase “get on with it”. Because it is what it is. Might as well deal with it.
