Right?! I think the fact that he *didn’t* come straight out and condemn white supremacy as soon as the question came up said more than everything I needed to know about his views on white supremacy. I suspected as much when the David Duke question came up in 2016, and again with Charlottesville in 2017. Like I just commented on your other post (when I was writing about that Golden Girls episode), the fact that he even *tolerates* the support of white supremacists is just as bad as being one himself. *That* is the message that needs to come across, loudly, and with conviction.
