I am feeling blue today. Not only are the days getting shorter but the crap going on in this country would depress anyone and I already have depression. You try to escape it all and it drags you back in. My friends I hope I am doing the best I can through it all. When you are feeling a certain way you just have to go through it until you get on the other side.

It’s true, sometimes you have to ride out the down times. Acknowledge how you’re feeling and feel it rather than try to ignore it and push on. You’ve been through some truly challenging times in the past and you’ll get through this too. Be gentle with yourself. Sending lots of love your way, Tony.
