Watching grass can actually be fascinating! You see the bugs and insects that surround the grass, the predators that feed on the ants. Watching ants carry stuff, it is actually quiet interesting.
I feel that we have forgotten how to be bored. Boredom can encourage our creativity or just allow the mind to rest, but we have so much ‘noise’ at our fingertips that we have unlearned how to allow moments of quiet. Or I’m just getting old!
