NO winner was declared tonight. There will be a runoff in April between the two leading candidates Tim Kelly and Kim White. There will be a winner decided then.

No that is not a good number. But that’s also not surprising–local elections don’t tend to draw the same turnout as national ones. Which is ironic because it’s usually your local representatives who have the greatest impact on our day-to-day lives. But I know I’m kind of preaching to the choir as I’m talking with you.
