Thirty Years

My college roommate and his wife celebrated their 30th anniversary recently and it made me think how can I have memories and that sort of thing that goes back that far. As you get older you have moments where you have a lot of years behind you and with it comes events that make you feel like where has the time gone.

My friends, life is crazy every day. Before you know it those days turn into months, years, and gulp decades. There are going to be things that happen in your life and it’s important to remember as much as you can. Still, 30 years is hard to believe and time marches on.

  1. I have a son who is 35 and a daughter who is 33. I can still remember when they were little kids. When you get to your 70s 30years will not seem such a long time.
