Roasted And Baked Butternut Squash

I cooked butternut squash for the first time. All I did was roast the squash, let it cool, scrapped it out into a mixing bowl where I put honey, salt, pepper, and a little butter. I then baked it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Easy and delicious (I hope).

  1. Sounds delicious. I usually cut them in half (non-trivial; be careful if you make this “recipe”); scoop out the seeds; put them in the microwave with butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, & cinnamon in and cook till ready. (Microwave has a sensor that works pretty well!). Anyway, it is also delicious — half vegetable, half dessert.
