I purchased a new ipad and the password for my previous account was not recognized..so, was put on hold for 27 days til I can make up a new one. Seriously annoying!!!! Another password!!!!!! Sheesh. They are all kept in a book, but scratching out the old ones and writing in new ones makes for a messy set of notes!
