Disneybounding

On a recent trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida I noticed something I had never noticed before. It’s a wonderful place where girls and women have a place of empowerment. The feminine force there is palpable. As a man, I am not threatened by it.

At Disney, you see girls of all ages dressing the part of their heroes in anticipation of going to the park and being there to experience the magic they most want to experience. The concept of Disney princesses and even queens is reality. It’s quite inspirational to see if you ask me.

It’s great to have a place where imagination and dreaming are the rules rather than the exception. The world is a better place for that. It would be great if every world women and girls could have the freedom to just be who they can be a Disney.

  1. A dream is a wish your heart makes when you’re fast asleep,
In dreams, you can lose your heartache — whatever you wish for, you keep.
Hold fast to your dreams, and someday your rainbow will come shining through.
No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing,
The dream that you wish may come true 💙
