I don’t know how much of a leader I am. I tend to follow more. However, I would like to introduce a 3rd option, servant. To serve takes a unique mindset that you must give of yourself and help others. I suppose some characteristics of leadership and following go into being a servant. What the world needs now, more than ever are leaders and followers who are willing to get their hands dirty and to serve their fellow human beings.
Leader or Follower, Maybe Servant

Seeing as the greatest man to ever walk this planet washed the feet of His friends, I’d say you have a point. We have a saying here, “quem não vive para servir, não serve para viver” (roughly, one who doesn’t live to serve, is not good enough to live), which definitely gives us food for thought. Take care!

You lead in your own way. You don’t have to be a supervisor or head a committee or be president of an organization to be a leader. You lead by example wherever you go. Look how many people read your blog! I’ll follow you anywhere 💙
