I work at a blood bank and try to donate on time every 56 days, which is when you are allowed to donate whole blood. Today was my day to give and I am always glad to do so. It’s important to help others this way. No matter what you can find your own ways to help others mine is to save 3 lives through blood donation.
I hope that the United States Department of Justice will throw the book at Trump for the events of January 6. Justice must be served quickly here. Trump must never walk free again.
I think blogging, social media, and computer stuff can suck time into a vortex in which there is often times no escape. Also watching movies on TV can make time disappear. I wish work time would go by as fast.

Today is National Ice Cream Day which is appropriate because it’s on a Sunday/Sundae. With the very hot weather, many are having ice cream as a treat that is keeping them cool.
