Today I am feeling much better. I went to church, met family for brunch and I have spent the day chilling out at home. Of course I had a nap this afternoon because its Sunday after all. My appetite is coming back which is good. Anyway it was a weekend needed to rest. I am hoping for a good week ahead.

Status Update
I haven’t felt well today. My blood sugar bottomed out severely and I haven’t had the energy to do anything today. I made breakfast and didn’t even finish it. Perhaps the past week has caught up to me. Not sure what the rest of the day will hold with me feeling the way I do.
