Hi there, my name is Tony Burgess (my friends call me T-Bird) from Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA. I am a believer, bleeding heart, idealist, and blogger. I'm married to Laura the Soup Diva and a dog dad to Frankie, Cody, and Mikey. Daily I work for a blood bank recruiting donors. My blog is where I chronicle and curate the sacred, serious, and silly things in my life. I am a member of The Episcopal Church. Thank you for connecting with me. Grace, peace, and love!
College and high school students are donning caps and gowns to walk and get their diplomas and degrees. A lot of hard work has gone into this time in their lives. The world awaits these young men and women who will do amazing things in their lives. Congratulations everyone who is making this transition in life. Grace, peace and wisdom as you go into the future smarter and wiser.
Good Saturday to you all. I hope we all have a great day and that we will enjoy all the things. Today is an ideal day to blog about what’s going on as we head into a new season. How is life going and how are you celebrating Mother’s Day? If you haven’t posted in awhile now is the time.
My friends the weekend is finally here! I for one am very glad. It’s Mother’s Day weekend but more on that later. The Kentucky Derby is tomorrow too. Locally the University of Tennessee At Chattanooga is having their graduation ceremonies. A lot of stuff is being packed into this weekend. What are your plans? I hope fun is penciled in.
