Paying Respects on Father’s Day
Today being Father’s Day we went to the cemetery to visit my dad and grandparents. My dad has been gone for almost 5 years, my grandmother has been gone for almost 10 years. My grandfather has been gone since October 2023. I miss my dad and grandparents very much. They are always in my heart and on my mind.

This is the first Father’s Day without my grandfather. My dad passed away in 2019. Life without them is strange and celebrating Father’s Day is a little painful. I celebrate their love for me and for being my heroes in my life forever. To Gary Burgess and Leon Webb, I say Happy Father’s Day. I miss you both.
This is me as a wee lad with my father’s father Jay Beecher Burgess. He passed away in 1985. I have been without him for a long time. I miss him.

Summer Cut Friday
