Vintage Ad Of The Day – Easter Candy

This ad seems so colorful for this time in history to celebrate Easter. Candy is a important part of the observance. My favorite Easter candy is black jelly beans and Reese’s peanut butter eggs.

Post-Vaccine Update

The Pfizer vaccine is a miracle of modern medicine but its making me feel not my best. Body chills, some aches and fatigue are making their presence known today. I am taking this Saturday to rest and hopefully get to feeling better. It’s weird how this works. This is for the long-term good so I won’t get COVID down the road. I hope you all are doing OK.

A Good Friday Thought

I wanna think on this Good Friday that Jesus would have been more welcome at Woodstock and a local pub than in some churches and schools who claim him as their Lord and Savior. Jesus wasn’t much for performative displays of pretentious piety.

Second Vaccine Injection, The Next Day

Yesterday was my second Pfizer vaccine injection. I am not feeling any ill effects other than a sore arm where the injection site was. Today I woke up as normal and went to work. I feel for those who had it rough after their second shots. Let’s hope people continue to get the vaccine so things can be somewhat routine again. I won’t say normal because the last normal didn’t work. Be safe and well everyone.

Status Update

Too busy today for any April Fools shenanigans.
