Professional wrestler Jon Huber, better known by his ring name Brodie Lee passed away on Saturday. He was a heel/bad guy for All Elite Wrestling but outside the ring, he was a well-loved man who loved his family and the sport he was so good at. He was 41 years old and entirely too young to leave this life. Rest in Power, Brodie.

My Second #COVID Test – Negative
I had a second COVID test on Monday, December 28th and the results came back negative for the virus. As much as I am relieved, there are others who are struggling with it and many have died because of it. The Coronavirus is nothing to take lightly. I am still wearing my mask and social distancing. Right now you can’t be too careful for yourself and those around you.
Tuesdays @ Work
Tuesdays can be a challenge especially when you start off the week with a bang. Work is often a marathon and not a sprint from my perspective. When meeting a quota you have to have to work smarter not harder. Although, hard work is its own reward. Persistence, patience and a little perspiration can help you get to where you want to go at any time. Success and goals come with what you want to achieve individually and collectively with a team. So let your Tuesdays come with a little extra moxie and hopefully things will be where you want them to be.
Nerd Corner Update: Dual Booting #Windows #Linux
I have been running Microsoft Windows exclusively on my home desktop computer since I got it several months ago. Windows has served me well at work and at home but I got the itch to dual boot operating systems on my computer so I installed Ubuntu Budgie which is an open source Linux based operating system that works a lot like Windows and looks a little like the Mac OSX.

Both OS’s have their strong points but like Hannah Montana I wanted the best of both worlds. Linux is much more customizable because it is open source. Windows has a rich application platform and I need it for home productivity and there are things that it runs that Ubuntu Budgie does not.
In a way it allows me to have two somewhat different computers in one. This is going to give me flexibility and a little bit of fun. As a matter of fact I am writing this post on Ubuntu Budgie.
Rock On, It’s Monday. Let’s Do This

Yep, I’m a total dork.
Sunday Reflection: Little Things Change The World
The story of my faith features a baby who came into the world to change it as a grownup. So with that being said little things have great power to impact the lives of us all. I can’t help but think that humility, kindness, peace, and grace are little things on their own but together they can make a difference. If everyone did their part we would live in a world that would be so much better than what we live in now. Truly it’s the little things that count the most. I find genuine actions don’t come from grand gestures but from those good deeds done daily where we see the most beautiful. Seek those opportunities to do what you can when you can as much as you can.
Just a reminder that Christmas is a wonderful season, not just one day. The journey is more fun than the destination.
