In my almost 47 years I have made plenty of mistakes. Some more serious than others but they are still things I did intentionally or unintentionally depending on the situation. Being a human being I am not perfect and never will be. I sometimes make the same mistakes over and over again because I am crazy enough to hope for better outcomes the next time around. We all have a responsibility to own up to our mistakes because the wrong things we do have an impact on the people we know and love. Confession can help you deal with life’s mistakes. Never be so proud to say you are sorry and try, try, try not to do it again.

Daily Prompt: Youth
This is my birthday weekend and on Monday I will be 47 years old. Youth is a state of mind in as much as it’s a reality of the moment of time in which you are. Aging is inevitable, everyone grows and gets older. Youth shall be served but youth is fleeting. Being young seems to be harder in some ways and easier in others. It’s all a part of the choices you make, the people you associate with and who you want to be as you go on through life. Enjoy your youth. It’s important. Remember your youth, remember the good, shake off the bad.
Daily Prompt: Learning
Life is about growing up, growing old and learning how to navigate it all. We grow and get smarter by the things we learn in school, from others and the lessons the world teaches you every day. Learning is about opening your heart and mind to the intellectual opportunities that comes your way. We should be about learning from one another daily. Experience is painful but its the best way of learning something that will keep you going. Learning can keep you living, alive, vibrant. The seasons have a way of informing us what we need to know. Keep on learning everyone.
Daily Prompt: Moon
The Moon is a far away place, it keeps our gravity in check. Like a teenager it has phases that shows itself in different ways through time and space. It is a satellite for our Earth. Werewolves and Vampires kind of like the moon because they can transform in its glow. Lovers use it as an inspiration for romance. Men have walked upon its surface to explore Tranquility. Some will drop their drawers which is a different type of moon. There is also a quarterback with that name. Moon is also in the 7th house as Jupiter is aligned with mars. The moon is a great place.

Ghosts are real, they don’t always go “boo” in the night. They aren’t hiding in your closet. There is a Holy one a Friendly one and some need to be Busted. Ghosts get a bad rap in the movies unless it’s Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore in a movie. We leave our spirit in places leaving ghost-like traces of us behind. One day we will be ghosts from the great beyond. Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice. Ghost’s of Christmas past, present and future. Ghost In The Machine. Boo!

Carry on my wayward son,
For there’ll be peace when you are done
Lay your weary head to rest

We have to carry on in all parts of life as we all struggle with one thing or another. As we conclude that struggle we hopefully will find peace where our hearts as well as our heads will find rest. Let’s hope we won’t cry in the process. Carry on good people, carry on!
