Things in the world are full of chaos. I don’t believe we are looking at doomsday or anything like that but I am concerned. Every time we turn on the TV or fire up the Internet we see tales of calamity and destruction. Most of what we see is man made pollution and carnage. My friends its got to stop and it begins with each of us to make the world a better place. Have hope when things are hopeless, there’s got to be a better way forward. Have faith, grace and peace. Don’t let the bad guys win. Blog for peace.

To have more energy today I have taken a vitamin B12 and vitamin C tablet alongside my diabetes meds. For breakfast I had two sausage biscuits with juice. I am also going to down a couple cups of coffee throughout the day too. Fortunately I had a decent nights rest. So lets see how the day goes. More energy is going to help me get through the day I hope.

It’s Monday again. Yep that’s all I have to say about that. Well sort of.

As I am writing this its 28 degrees outside making this the coldest morning in quite awhile. Time to bundle up. Some places its colder and there’s snow on the ground too, all of this before Thanksgiving. Stay warm wherever you are unless it’s nice and sunny.
