At this time in life I think I complain too much. I need to have a thicker skin or something. I don’t want to come across as a perpetual whiner but I’m afraid I do. Complaining can be the hardest part to live with.

Non-Spoilery Review of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3
The Guardians of The Galaxy is my favorite of the Marvel franchises. It’s about one’s chosen family and defeating bad guys who threaten the galaxy. This last edition of Guardians is a good end for this band of misfits from across the galaxy. There is a lot of change happening for the crew which leads to them coming to a crossroads.
It is a movie with a lot of surprises and heart-wrenching emotions centered around Rocket the Racoon and his origin story. It’s a dark movie with some levity that I always appreciate. Serious issues are also explored too. There is a lot of heroism that you will cheer for.
You need to see the prior two movies and “Thor Love and Thunder” perhaps to understand what is going on in this movie and how these characters came together. Throw in their Christmas Special on Disney Plus for some additional laughs.
I will say it’s best seen on a big screen with good sound. Don’t wait for it to come to home video and streaming.

Class of 2023 – A Time For Diplomas and Degrees
Graduations are happening in many places which means that high school and college/university students are receiving hard-earned diplomas and degrees. Their hard work hopefully has prepared them for the next chapter in their lives. Let’s hope they will make the world a better place for everyone. May they prosper in all their endeavors in the years ahead. Congratulations good people, well done!
A Life Of Collections
One thing about me is that I am sentimental. I have collections of childhood toys that I don’t want to part with. I also have a collection of tchotchkes of the nerd persuasion in my little nerd corner of the world. Also, I have a small mug collection. I could safely say that my collections pale in comparison to others I have seen online who have an entire house full of things that bring joy to their lives. Collections tells the story of the person who has compiled them.
