Roe v. Wade Decision

Striking down Roe v. Wade is dangerous. It’s an injustice to women and takes this country back to a dangerous place in history where reproductive rights are controlled by people who should have no say in the matter. SCOTUS made the wrong decision. It’s a dark Friday.

Celebrating Juneteenth #Juneteenth

Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. Juneteenth marks the anniversary of the announcement of General Order No. 3 by Union Army General Gordon Granger on June 19, 1865, proclaiming freedom for enslaved people in Texas.

To all celebrating today may this always be a day of remembering and reflection on the freedom to live life and full of opportunities to make the world a better place.
