Congratulations to the Toronto Raptors in winning their first National Basketball Association Championship. They did it against the best in the Golden State Warriors. Canada, a country I adore is celebrating coast-to-coast tonight. Way to go Toronto!

Most importantly I hope I recognize when I spread myself too thin and need to give back to me somehow. For the journey ahead I hope I have what it takes.
