A electrical transformer on a nearby power pole went boom tonight and there has been no electricity at my residence. Yes this is a first world problem but it’s a problem nonetheless. The utility company is working on it for all affected.
Our Electric Power Board is top notch, we even get Internet, Cable and phone service through them. They provide great local service. We are lucky in Chattanooga to have them.
I am usually a easy-going, level-headed sort of bloke. These days I am navigating the waters of being angry/mad/pissed off. This is something I don’t have a lot of practice at. Without divulging the reasons for my emotions I am just trying to figure out what the hell I am doing. Keeping my cool is important as to not let things get out of control but like I said being mad is something I am figuring out. There is hurt and pain involved with being mad and I am used to those things. Someone suggested writing about it so I will be doing so but not for public consumption, just for me. Everything has a cycle and a season. People eventually find their way back to the passions of old. However there is something to be said about repetition and ritual. I have found myself losing my passion for some things in my life but blogging has seemed to be something I have done for years without many breaks in between. It takes a lot to keep on keeping on but there are a lot of things out there that are worth doing all the time.
