There’s nothing wrong with living outside the mainstream and coloring outside the line. I am a proud black sheep of sorts. However there is a price you pay for it because some folks don’t want to understand you or your point of view or your choices. It’s a part of marching to the beat of your own drummer. Be yourself, whoever that might be.
The Martian, Saving Matt Damon
Saving Matt Damon has cost the American taxpayer billions of dollars and a few lives. It’s all worth it because he is a national treasure. We are watching it again today. This movie is every bit awesome.
Some Things From Facebook Posted One Year Ago Today…
I posted these status updated on Facebook a year ago. They seem just as relevant today with the chaos going on around the world. Things are crazy and that isn’t good. My blogging family I hope and pray that you will all be safe and that you will take care of one another.
For all that is holy and good and right be sure to love your neighbor today. Evil, prejudice and hate are snuffed out by love. Make today a new day.
There is temptation to blame God for what we have seen today. God has done none of this. Men made bad decisions that led to the deaths of hundreds of people. God is going to be there in the aftermath, in the people who will help comfort, console and those who will seek peace in the chaos. Granted some will have a test of faith and that is understandable, to those who believe be sure to pray to those who don’t offer good vibes in the universe. Now is the time for people to come together as a human family.
