I went to the eye doctor today and my vision is doing well. Little change from last year. This photo is a scan of the inside of my eyeballs where things are looking good although I am in the very early stages of developing cataracts so no surgery is on the horizon.
Numbers are more than statistics they are also stories, a snapshot in time and space. Electoral College wins and COVID cases and deaths have become an everyday reality for Americans. Every number in these cases is a human being who have had their say or have died unnecessarily. These numbers have become part of our lives and something we are paying attention to in these weird days.

While life seems to be piling on, what’s one more thing? Friday the 13th in 2020 seems par for the course.
Never be afraid to be silly or a little crazy to get your point across. Truth can be relayed in the humor of it all. It’s like a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down hopefully lessons can be learned.
