Me A Influential Blogger, Naw!
I got listed on someones Influential Blogger’s list on Twitter and that made me think am I that influential? This is just a simple blog of a fairly dorky person who rambles on about stuff happening in his life. There is really nothing awe inspiring about the posts you see here. Tony is a simple person with ideas in his head that sometimes make sense. Just saying.
Update The Links, It Will Make Your Blog Better
If you have links to your other social pages on widgets or other parts of your page make sure they are the most current links. Sometimes we change our usernames on things like Twitter and Instagram and forget about making those changes to the links on our blogs. Granted there are times when we want to be a little more private so one doesn’t want that information out to our readers and followers.
Updating your blog is important and updating the links on it is very helpful for those who want to see more of what you are doing online.
Come Back To Posting and Creating In November and December
If you haven’t posted anything original in awhile make a point to do so starting in November and going through December. Both months are times to be grateful and to be generous. Enjoy creating new things and enjoy the fun of blogging again. One can also catch up on the blogs of others and offer them feedback too. Once you have started keep it up. Keep on blogging good people.
A Great Philosophy, Words To Live By
A fellow blogger has this as her philosophy…
Keep my chin up, my mug full of coffee, and have a day-by-day perspective.
I agree with this. Doing these things can help one get through the day. It’s a simple thing to keep ones chin up, have a mug full of coffee and live life in the moment. This is pretty good stuff!

Rambling About Paying Attention
I am distracted, we are all perhaps distracted about something in our lives. So much is going on in my head that I am not listening well. Being distracted impacts my relationships with important people in my life. I think we could all agree that we are over stimulated with all sorts of things coming at us. Even when we aren’t using our electronic devices we still find ourselves distracted. Life seems to be more complex than in years past and I am not sure it will get better.
Too many of us are so burdened that we aren’t paying attention to the people that really matter in life. Maybe I need to cut a couple things out or perhaps I need to alter my behavior and learn to prioritize what I am doing in any given moment. I am wondering about how getting older makes it easier to be distracted or not? My friends what is your experience with paying attention, is it harder for you as time goes on, what do you do to focus on the main things in life.
