Flashback Friday – “We Didn’t Start The Fire” from Billy Joel

With all the stuff going on lately this flashback to the 1980’s seems to be appropriate. A lot of conflict is going on that were started by others and have continued through other generations. This song speaks volumes about the world we live in, past and present. It seems more current than ever. Billy Joel has it right with this one.

This is one of their earliest songs but one that sticks in my head. It sounds a little inspirational if you ask me.

This seems appropriate in light of my last post. Dreaming is important everyone. We all need to do more of it.

Blondie was and still is a favorite music group of mine from childhood.
