I imagine this is what wild bird Twitter is like. Lots of birds on a wire talking about all sorts of things. It’s pretty cool to see all of them just hanging out and doing real-life tweets. Hopefully, they get along better than humans.
Learning and growing is what makes the dream possible. Or something like that.
My fellow Gen Xers rewatch The Goonies. It will carry you back to some good times when life was a little simpler and the adventure was awesome. It also has a newly minted Academy Award winner in the cast. While you are at it show your kids.
Today is Pi Day which celebrates 3.14 or the circumference. We celebrate by eating pie and this is French Coconut Pie courtesy of The Soup Diva and Unum food service.
I remember when I was more outgoing. Not much of that anymore. The older I get, the more I am just making it daily. My thoughts of the past are a reminder of where I have been. My thoughts of the present are living in the moment. My thoughts about the future are a total mystery.
I don’t know where I am going but my memories tell my story which is pretty dull if you ask me. Time does keep on ticking and it’s a minute-to-minute deal. It’s my hope that people will still appreciate me even though I seem to be more Eeyore than Tigger these days. Let’s see what happens, I guess that is the dramatic part.
I am sure some of you feel the same way. We gotta stick together then.
Young and stupid eventually becomes older and should know better. The circle of life or something like that.
