Today in the USA we honor our presidents. Originally it was two separate holidays to honor Washington and Lincoln. A few years ago it expanded to honor them all.

Washington’s Birthday, also known as Presidents’ Day, is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of February. The day honors presidents of the United States, including George Washington, the USA’s first president.

Today I am honoring the first president George Washington and the forty fourth president Barack Obama who was the first African-American president.
