Our Saturday was an active one before noon today. We went to breakfast with my folks and sister where we caught up with one another. It was good to have a leisurely meal with them and have some conversation. Then we picked up some prescriptions, groceries then a visit to a hardware store. Saturday’s have a distinct rhythm of their own and I was glad to have time with people that I love.
Now we are home and we plan on getting a few things done around the house. Later there are plans for shrimp with mac and cheese for dinner. Now I am hungry just thinking about that. I am very glad to be in an air conditioned house becaus its going to be hot the rest of the day. I hope you all have a great day!
A Tennessee River Cruise In Chattanooga
We spent some of our day on the Southern Belle Riverboat on a 90 minute cruise up and down a section of the Tennessee River in the downtown area of Chattanooga. It was a beautiful day to see some new things and sites we don’t see everyday. You can get a change of scenery in your hometown if you know where to go and where to look.
