Changed My Theme Again – Back To Twenty Sixteen

I switched my theme back to something darker to match the mood I am in. Twenty-Sixteen is a refreshed classic blogging theme that suits me just fine. Changing things up keeps things interesting if you ask me.

A New Look For The Homepage of Tony Burgess – Powered By #wordpressdotcom

I decided a more modern, cleaner look was needed for the season and the new year. After playing around a little I am using the Toujours Theme from Automattic, the people that brings us WordPress.com  It’s a theme that is ideal for weddings but with some customization it makes a pretty good all-round theme for just about anything. I like the colors and the ease in which images and text can be seen by the reader.

Let me know what you think. Thanks for your continued interest in my blog and posts.

Something About A New Look #wordpress

There’s something about freshening up the old blog to give it more functionality and to make it look more like a website. I chose the Motif theme to show off my posts in a larger format and to give the site a throwback feel. I hope you enjoy it.

Back To The Future, Twenty Fourteen Theme #wordpressdotcom #wordpress

I change my themes more than some folks change their minds. Since I am using Instagram pictures on my blog again I found they display better across various platforms using the Twenty Fourteen theme. The widgets are in the same places you might have seen before. I like how much content you can display using this theme too. Thanks for putting up with the changes and remaining connected. Keep on blogging good people.

Another Theme Change – WordPress Twenty-Sixteen Is Looking Good

Yeah, I change themes like some folks change their minds or clothes. I am now using the modern looking Twenty-Sixteen theme. I like the black background with white text to give it a crisp, elegant look. The widgets look better too. I am using a blue background to give it a little color. Some of my more popular categories are now found in a Special Features menu dropdown. I hope you will find it easy to use and navigate. Thanks for putting up with all my changes since I have been here on WordPress.

Back To Twenty Fourteen

keep-calm-and-read-my-blog-39No this is not a post taking us back to 2014 which was a good year but I went back to the theme Twenty Fourteen that I have used before. I liked the previous theme I used recently but I found that when people visit they might not know to click more to read the full article. I also want them to see a posts images straight away. Twenty Fourteen has 3 columns which give it some flexibility too. No matter what theme I am using I appreciate your visits to my blog. You my fellow bloggers are swell people!
