Sometimes you have to speak out to make a change. The things you say might not be agreeable to everyone. Hopefully, when you raise your voice, it is met with an understanding spirit and heart. Good trouble is always good.

There’s a lot going on at the moment. It seems most of it is bad.
The shooting at a grocery store in Buffalo has a racist and hate-filled overtone. May those who lost their lives be remembered and those who survived have comfort.
Thoughts and prayers are bullshit unless some real action towards a solution is found. It’s an insult to victims and survivors of gun violence in my mind.
Control and power are making some drunk and causing others much pain and suffering.
Women deserve better and they should not be controlled by men and other women.
Love and peace seem to be losing the day. May they not lose in the end.
A cool-down would be nice right about now.
There’s so much more going on out there This list is getting kinda long.

No matter how hard you work and try sometimes your success is in the hands of others. The power of the words YES and NO is simply amazing. As in most things you can only hope for the best and hope your best is good enough.

Instead of humans oppressing other humans why not work together to reach for the stars. Hate is keeping us on Earth which we will all burn.

Describing yourself is something everyone should do. Self-reflection tells the world an important story about who you are. Listen to those who care about you because they know who you are. Don’t be afraid of imposters syndrome. The people who matter most, matter the most.
Work on loving yourself as much as you try to love others. I should heed these words I am writing more. I am my own worst critic but you know if God can have some grace for me, I should do the same for myself.
