Religion and knowledge can work together to bring meaning to our lives. There shouldn’t be an adversarial relationship here. The more you know about your faith and the mechanics of the world can only make you a better person. It’s important to know that ones higher power has a lot to do with the chaos of creation.
This is inspired by the eulogy of a funeral I went to today.
I say it’s not how you start but how you finish. Well some days how you start can impact how you will finish. Hope this makes sense.
Politics can be a blood sport and the blood spilled aren’t always from politicians. It’s the blood of those who put them into office.
The thing about a stepping stone is that there are people who are left behind who have found their landing place.
I think you can be reverent and unorthodox at the same time.
